NELE DC-40100 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system and imported core components, with stable and reliable performance. It provides a liquid environment with controlled heat and cold and uniform temperature. Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, and feeds the signal back to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system precisely controls the working state of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed and environmentally friendly Compressor) or heating system according to the deviation of the set value and the actual value, so as to achieve fast and stable temperature regulation. At the same time, the equipment drives the liquid for domestic circulation through the non-heat centrifugal circulation pump. The porous U-shaped return principle is used to make the flow field and temperature field in the tank reach turbulence and high uniformity, ensuring a constant temperature environment for the experimental or production process.
