NELE DC-6050 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system, the core components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. It is used for research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It provides a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature, which can be directly used for sample thermostatic testing or testing, and can also be used as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source for external equipment such as Reaction Kettle, Synthesis Instrument, Extraction and Condensation Device.

Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and transmits the signal to the integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program. The Control system precisely adjusts the working state of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed and environmentally friendly Compressor) or the heating system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump drives the liquid in the tank for domestic circulation. Through the porous U-shaped return design, turbulence is formed to ensure the high uniformity and stability of the flow field and temperature field in the entire Tank.
