NELE DC-60100 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system and imported core components, with stable and reliable performance. It can be used for research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis, etc., to provide a cold and heat controlled, uniform and constant temperature liquid environment for thermostatic testing or testing of samples, and can also be used as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source for equipment such as Reaction Kettle, Synthesis Instrument, Extraction and Condensation Equipment.

Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and transmits the signal to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system precisely controls the operation of the Compressor refrigeration system or heating system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve rapid cooling or heating. At the same time, the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump drives the liquid in the tank through the porous U-shaped return path for domestic circulation, ensuring a high degree of uniformity and stability of temperature throughout the working area.
