Overview
HONGHUA SHA-4 water bath thermostatic Shaker (also known as water bath thermostatic Shaker) is a biochemical instrument that integrates constant temperature water bath and oscillation functions. It uses high-performance PID temperature controller and High Accuracy Sensor to ensure accurate temperature control, and uses eccentric shaft equilibrate drive to achieve oscillation uniformity. It is an important laboratory equipment for precision foster preparation in scientific research, education and production departments such as plants, biology, microorganisms, genetics, viruses, environmental protection, medicine, etc.
Features
1. The shell is made of good steel plate, the surface is sprayed with plastic, and the studio water tank is made of stainless steel, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance.
2. The temperature control part adopts high-performance PID temperature controller, with High Accuracy Sensor and integrated components, to achieve accurate temperature control and digital display.
3. The eccentric shaft equilibrate drive is used to ensure the uniformity of sample oscillation at all positions of the Shaker platform; the load-bearing and durable structural design ensures strong power under full load and high speed, stepless speed regulation, smooth operation, small waves during oscillation, no spray splashing.
4. Equipped with a multi-functional spring bottle test rack, it is especially suitable for fostering preparatory biological samples for a variety of comparative experiments.
Principle
The instrument functions by integrating a thermostatic water bath and a Shaker. The temperature control system monitors and adjusts the temperature of the water tank to the set value through the PID controller and Sensor. The oscillation system drives the platform to reciprocate smoothly through the equilibrate drive mechanism of the eccentric shaft to provide a uniform oscillation environment for the sample. Combined with the constant temperature water bath, it provides accurate temperature and oscillation conditions for biological foster and other experiments.

Notice
• It is forbidden to use the heater in the absence of water in the tank.
• When packing and pulling the PE bottle, it needs to shake slowly left and right, and do not pull it hard to prevent damage to the shock disc.
• The test bottle should be evenly distributed and sealed to prevent condensation droplets from dripping in.
• In order to prolong the service life, it is recommended to use it at medium speed within the Speed range to avoid long-term high-speed oscillation.
• The instrument should be placed on a firm, clean, ventilated drying, water supply and drainage convenient workbench.
Proper use and regular maintenance can prolong the lifespan of the instrument.
During continuous operation, check regularly every three months for any water droplets or contaminants falling into the motor and control components, check the water quality and cleanliness of the tank, and check the fuses, control components, and fastening screws.
The bearings in the transmission part should be filled with grease every six months, accounting for about one-third of the bearing space.
