ZW-A micro-Shaker is HONGHUA brand for R & D institutions and production departments to develop micro-serum and other purposes of the oscillation tool. Random equipped with 0.4ml × 96-well blood coagulation plate, the oscillation range from start to 3000rpm.

Principle
The instrument is driven by a motor to achieve oscillation, and the user can set the timing time and Oscillation Frequency through the control panel. After starting, the machine slowly rises to the required Rotation speed, and the beep prompts after completing the set time.
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a firm table, the environment is clean and tidy, the temperature is moderate, and the ventilation is good
2. Turn off the power switch, clean the platelet hole and process the sample
3. Turn on the external power supply and turn on the power switch
4. Select the timing time (unit: minutes) with the up and down buttons on the left, and select the Oscillation Frequency with the up and down buttons on the right.
5. Press the RUN button on the top right to start, and the machine slowly rises to the required Rotation speed
6. Beep prompt after the timing time is up
7. Turn off the power switch before shutdown and cut off the power supply
Notice
• Oscillation Frequency Do not exceed 3000 rpm for a long time
The instrument should be placed on a firmer bench
• The environment should be clean and tidy, with moderate temperature and well ventilated
• Turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply before each shutdown
The instrument should be checked regularly every three months during continuous operation
• Check for water droplets, dirt, etc. falling on the motor and control components
• After long-term use of the instrument, natural abrasion is a normal phenomenon
• If any abnormality is found after one year of use, the company will continue to provide good service
