Overview
HBRVS-187.5 Touchscreen digital Blovey hardness gauge is a multi-functional hardness testing equipment that integrates Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers three test methods. It has seven levels of test force and can meet users' various hardness testing requirements. The application of test force, load and unloading of the equipment are automatically completed, with a wide range of use and convenient operation. It is a Hardness testing machine standing in industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research institutions.
Features
1. With three test methods of Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers.
2. The multi-purpose multi-function Hardness machine with seven-level testing force can meet the requirements of users for various hardness testing.
3. Rockwell hardness, Brinell and Vickers Hardness readings can be displayed through the digital LCD screen.
4. The application of test force, loading and unloading are completed automatically.
5. Wide range of use, easy to operate.
Principle
The hardness gauge automatically applies, maintains and removes a preset test force to press a specific indenter into the surface of the material under test to form a Cedar. According to different test methods (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers), the size or depth of the Cedar is measured, and after internal calculation, the corresponding Hardness value is finally displayed in digital form on the Touchscreen.
Applications
Measure the Brinell, Vickers and rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metal cemented carbide and Non-metallic. Specifically include: brinell hardness of castings, annealed steel, normalized steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys; rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenching, quenching and tempering; Vickers Hardness of nitriding layers, ceramics, thin plates, metal sheets, platings, and micro parts.
Standards
GB/T 230.1-2018, GB/T 230.2-2012, JJG 112-2013, ASTM E18-2015, ASTM Standard - Metal Test Methods and Analytical Procedures, GBT 231.1-2018, GB/T 231.2-2012, GB/T 4340.1-1999
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. According to the test requirements, select the appropriate test force through the variable-load handwheel.
3. Place the test piece on the test bench and adjust the lifting screw through the swirl/spin wheel to bring the test piece close to the indenter.
4. Select the corresponding test method (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers) on the touch panel and set parameters (such as hold time).
5. Start the test, and the equipment will automatically complete the process of applying test force, holding and unloading.
6. After the test is completed, the Hardness value will be displayed on the Touchscreen to record the data.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 5%, 50~ 60Hz before use.
• When installing or replacing the indenter, use the indenter stop screw to fix it reliably.
When testing, pay attention to the maximum allowable height of the tested part (Rockwell: 185mm; Brinell, Vickers: 135mm).
• According to different test methods, pay attention to the use status of the lighting system (Rockwell is not available, Vickers built-in lighting is adjustable, Brinell needs to use external lighting).
Equipment should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration and impact.
• Regularly inspect and calibrate equipment according to relevant national standards to ensure Test accuracy.
