Overview
The Puro laboratory pure water system effectively removes 99% of contaminants from supply water (such as tap water) by using highly recycled reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) technology to produce primary water (dish-grade water). The system can directly supply pure water to the Glass Washer and Miscellaneous equipment in the laboratory, and can produce 10-1000 liters of grade water/RO water per day. The built-in booster pump simplifies the installation process and avoids the reduction of pure water output and the damage of filtrated consumables due to the poor pressure of the supply water.
Features
1. Low operating costs
2. Pure water replenishment rate 10-80 liters/hour
3. New recycling system extends the life of reverse osmosis (ROS) membranes
4. Can be installed on the top of the workbench, wall and water storage tank
5. Water storage tanks can be selected with different capacities: 30 liters, 60 liters, and 100 liters
6. Filters are easy to replace
7. Environmentally friendly, with up to 50% water collection rate and less wastewater generation
8. The water that does not meet the requirements is returned to the system to continue to circulate and filtrate
Principle
The Puro system uses high-recovery reverse osmosis (RO) technology to remove contaminants from the feed water and produce primary pure water. After measurement of conductivity, the water that does not meet the requirements is returned to the system to continue to circulate and filtrate, improving water collection rates and reducing wastewater.
Applications
Glass washing machine, autoclaving machine, steam generator, incubator, preparing higher grade purified water
Steps
1. Install the system on the top of the workbench, wall or water storage tank
2. Connect the supply water (pressure range 0.1-6 bar)
3. Start the system for pure water production
4. Replace Filters as Needed
Notice
- Ensure that the supply water pressure is within 0.1-6 bar
- Regularly check and replace Filters to maintain performance
- Pay attention to the installation location of the system to avoid improper operation affecting the service life
