Overview
Geno laboratory pure water systems raise the purity of RO water to new levels by adding deionization (DI) equipment, capable of producing 10, 20 or 50 liters of pure water per hour, with the option of a 30, 60 or 80 liter storage tank. The System integrates all the technologies required to produce grade II water, and the deionization equipment is easy to replace and durable. The built-in booster pump simplifies installation, avoids reduced pure water production due to poor supply water pressure and damage to filtrate consumables, and the supply water can be directly sourced from the laboratory tap water system.
Features
1. Low operating costs
2. Built-in booster pump
3. New recycling system extends the service life of internal consumables
4. There are various options for pure water yield
5. Water storage tanks are available in a variety of options: 30 liters, 60 liters, or 80 liters
6. Can be installed on workbenches, laboratory walls or on top of water storage tanks
7. Consumables are easy to replace and cost less to replace
8. Environmental protection: filtrate consumables using recyclable materials, durable
Principle
The system uses reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) and deionization (DI) technologies to purify water. During the RO purification process, the water that does not meet the requirements is returned to the RO step to continue reverse osmosis (RO). Only the water that meets the standard enters the DI process for deionization and purification. This recirculation system extends the life of DI consumables because it only comes into contact with pure RO water. The built-in booster pump ensures stable water pressure and improves the efficiency of pure water production.
Applications
General Chemistry, Protein Electrophoresis, Histocytology, Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry
Steps
1. Connect the water supply to the laboratory water system
2. Select and install the appropriate size water storage tank
3. Select the pure water yield setting as needed
4. Start the system for pure water production
5. Regularly check and replace consumables
Notice
- Ensure that the water supply pressure is within 0.1-6 bar
- Regularly change filtrate consumables to maintain system performance
- Avoid supply water pressure fluctuations during installation
- Use recyclable materials and consumables to support environmental protection
