Overview
The Alto TOC laboratory pure water system mainly produces grade I ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.2MΩ · cm. The system uses the treated water source as the inlet water to produce fresh pure water on demand. It provides two water intake methods: an integrated smart water intake device and a movable remote water separator. The distribution speed can reach 2 liters/minute, and the amount of water intake and Flow velocity can be precisely set through intuitive software. The system is equipped with TOC Detector to ensure pure water quality, suitable for rigorous experiments sensitive to organic matter.
Features
1. The ultrapure water distribution rate is up to 2 liters per minute.
The UV lamp in the quartz sleeve can emit 185nm and 254nm dual-wavelength ultraviolet rays.
3. Pick up water at any time, ready to use.
4. Water production has no endotoxin and no heat source.
5. Optional removable remote water separator.
6. Consumables are easy to replace and cost less to replace.
7. The operating software is simple and intuitive.
8. Run quietly.
9. Support a variety of Installation methods above, below and on the laboratory wall of the workbench.
10. Provide comprehensive water quality monitoring, including TOC monitoring.
11. Low energy consumption, Power consumption is only equivalent to a household light bulb, environmental protection and energy saving.
Principle
The system uses pretreated water (conductivity < 30μs/cm) as raw water, and deep purification is carried out through built-in purification modules (including quartz casing UV lamps that emit 185nm and 254nm ultraviolet rays, etc.) to produce grade I ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.2MΩ · cm. The system is equipped with a TOC Detector to continuously monitor the organic carbon content in the water to ensure that the water quality meets high standards. Pure water is precisely distributed according to set parameters through smart water extractors or remote water separators.
Applications
Molecular Biology, Electrophoresis, Cell and Tissue Fostering, Sequencing, HPLC, Genetics, Pharmacology, and Miscellaneous Applications with Strict Water Quality Requirements.
Steps
Ensure that the water quality (conductivity < 30 μs/cm) and pressure (0.1 to 6 bar) meet the requirements.
2. According to the installation guide, install the system above, below, or on the laboratory wall.
3. Connect the power supply and water source and start the system.
4. On the intuitive software controls of the water separator, set the required water intake and distribution speed.
5. Draw water through an integrated smart water dispenser or a remote mobile water separator, and the system will accurately discharge the water according to the set parameters.
Notice
* The water supply of the system needs to be pretreated water, and the water quality requires conductivity < 30μs/cm.
The water supply pressure should be kept within the range of 0.1 to 6 bar.
Regularly monitor water quality indicators such as TOC, and replace consumables as needed.
* When installing, please ensure that the environment meets the equipment installation requirements (such as load-bearing, space, etc.).
Please be familiar with the software controls and the use of the water separator before operation.
