Overview
The Alto TOC UF is a laboratory pure water system that produces high-grade pure water with a resistivity of 18.2MΩ · cm. The system requires a treated water source as a supply water and can produce pre-treated water to Class I water in a timely manner as needed, with a production rate of up to 120 litres per hour. The system offers an integrated smart water extractor and an optional remote mobile water separator with a distribution speed of up to 2 litres per minute, and the user can set the amount and speed of water withdrawal through intuitive software. The system is also equipped with a TOC Detector to monitor the organic matter content in the water, ensuring that the water quality meets strict experimental requirements.
Features
1. The ultrapure water distribution rate can reach up to 2 liters per minute.
The UV lamp in the quartz sleeve can emit dual-wavelength ultraviolet rays of 185nm and 254nm.
3. Pick up water at any time, ready to use.
4. Water production has no endotoxin and no heat source.
5. Movable remote water separators are available.
6. Consumables are easy to replace and cost less to replace.
7. The operating software is simple and intuitive.
8. Run quietly.
9. Installation method is flexible and can be installed above the workbench, under the workbench and on the laboratory wall.
10. Provide comprehensive water quality monitoring, including TOC monitoring.
11. Low energy consumption design, Power consumption is only equivalent to a household light bulb, environmental protection and energy saving.
Principle
The system uses a treated water source (conductivity < 30μs/cm) as the supply water, and produces grade I ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.2MΩ · cm through in-house multi-stage purification treatment (including processes such as dual-wavelength ultraviolet irradiation). The TOC Detector equipped with the system continuously monitors the total organic carbon content in the water to ensure the purity of the water quality. Users can take water on demand through a smart water dispenser or a remote water separator, which can precisely control the water output and Flow velocity according to the parameters set by the software.
Applications
Molecular Biology, Electrophoresis, Cell and Tissue Fostering, Sequencing, HPLC, Genetics, Pharmacology, and Miscellaneous Applications with Strict Water Quality Requirements.
Steps
Ensure that the water quality (conductivity < 30μs/cm) and pressure (0.1~ 6bar) meet the requirements and connect the system.
2. Turn on the power supply and start the system.
3. Take water through an integrated smart water dispenser or a remote mobile water dispenser.
4. To set the water intake and distribution speed, it can be operated on the water separator through intuitive software controls.
5. The system will accurately discharge the water according to the set parameters, allowing users to access fresh Class I ultrapure water.
Notice
* The supply water must be a treated water source with a conductivity of < 30 μs/cm.
The supply water pressure should be kept within the range of 0.1 to 6 bar.
The system's ability to produce 120 liters of grade I water per hour is based on the premise that the supply water is sufficient.
* Please pay regular attention to and replace consumables as required to maintain system performance and water quality.
When installing, please choose a suitable location such as above, below or on the wall of the workbench according to the actual situation.
