Overview
The BIO0021 Duo 20 TOC laboratory water purification system is an innovative water purification device that provides both grade I and grade II water in one system, saving laboratory space and simplifying installation. The system can produce 10-150 liters of grade II pure water and 100 liters of grade I ultrapure water per day, and is equipped with a TOC monitor to monitor the organic carbon content of the water to ensure that the water meets high-demand experimental applications.
Features
It can simultaneously produce grade I and grade II pure water, saving space.
2. The ultrapure water distribution rate is up to 2 liters per minute.
3. Adopt dual wavelength (185nm and 254nm) ultraviolet quartz casing.
4. The water quality has no endotoxin and no heat source.
5. Optional removable remote water separator.
6. Consumables are easy to replace and cost less.
7. The operating software is simple and intuitive.
8. Run quietly.
9. Support a variety of Installation methods above, below and on the wall of the workbench.
10. Have comprehensive water quality monitoring, including TOC monitoring.
11. With energy-saving mode, reducing operating costs.
Principle
The system is prepared through a multi-stage purification process of pretreatment, reverse osmosis (RO), deionization, and ultraviolet irradiation. Among them, dual-wavelength ultraviolet rays (185nm and 254nm) can effectively degrade organic matter and inhibit microbial growth, resulting in high-purity grade I water. Grade II water is stored in the tank, grade I water is obtained directly from the dispenser, and the system is equipped with a TOC monitor to continuously monitor the organic carbon content in the water.
Applications
Grade II Water Applications Buffer and foster preparation, Sample and Reagent dilution, General Chemistry, Protein Electrophoresis, Histocytology, Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry. Grade I Water Applications Molecular Biology, Electrophoresis, Cell and Tissue Foster, Sequencing, HPLC, Genetics, Pharmacology and Miscellaneous High Demand Experimental Fields.
Steps
1. Install the system on the workbench, wall or under the table according to the installation instructions.
2. Connect the inlet water source (the water pressure must be within 0.1-6 bar).
3. Turn on the power supply and start the system.
4. Set parameters and monitor water quality (including TOC) through intuitive operating software.
5. Use grade I ultrapure water directly from the distributor and grade II pure water from the water storage tank.
6. When the system is idle, it automatically enters the energy-saving mode.
Notice
The inlet pressure should be maintained between 0.1 and 6 bar.
Regularly replace consumables according to the prompts to maintain water quality.
Please confirm the required water quality level (Grade I or II) before use.
* Note that the system automatically enters the energy-saving mode, and you need to wake up when using it again.
* When installing, make sure that the environment meets the requirements of the selected Installation method (onstage, offstage or wall).
