Overview
The BIO0021 PUR000010 laboratory pure water system uses highly recycled reverse osmosis (RO) technology to effectively remove 99% of contaminants in tap water and produce primary pure water. The system can produce 10-1000 liters of industrial-grade water/RO water per day, which can directly supply pure water to laboratory Glass Washers and Miscellaneous equipment. The built-in booster pump simplifies installation to avoid reduced water production due to poor water supply pressure and damage to filtrated consumables.
Features
1. Low operating costs
2. Pure water replenishment rate 10-80 liters/hour
3. New recycling system extends the life of reverse osmosis (ROS) membranes
4. Can be installed on the top of the workbench, wall and water storage tank
5. Water storage tanks are available in 30-liter, 60-liter and 100-liter capacities
6. Filters are easy to replace
7. Environmental design, water collection rate up to 50%, less waste water
Principle
The system removes pollutants from the water through high recovery reverse osmosis (RO) technology to produce primary pure water. After measurement conductivity, the water that does not meet the requirements is not directly discharged, but is re-flowed into the system to continue to circulate and filtrate, improving water resource utilization.
Applications
Glass washer, autoclaving machine, steam generator, incubator
Steps
1. Select the appropriate installation location (bench, wall or top of water storage tank)
2. Connect the water supply pipe
3. Select the storage tank capacity as required
4. Start the system for pure water production
5. Change Filters Regularly
Notice
• The water supply pressure should be kept within the range of 0.1~ 6 bar
• Regularly check Filter status and replace it in time
• Ensure that the system is firmly installed
• Pay attention to the effect of water temperature on water production (parameters are based on 15 ° C conditions)
• The wastewater recovery system needs to be maintained in normal operation
