Overview
The BIO0021 PUR000050 laboratory pure water system is a device with high recovery reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) technology, which can effectively remove 99% of contaminants in tap water and produce primary water (vessel grade water). It can directly supply pure water to laboratory glassware washers and Miscellaneous equipment. The system can produce 10-1000 liters of industrial grade water/RO water per day, suitable for glassware washers, autoclavers, steam generators and incubators, etc. The built-in booster pump simplifies installation and avoids pressure differences.

Principle
The Puro pure water system produces primary water by removing 99% of contaminants in the supply water (such as tap water) through high recovery reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) technology. The system has a built-in booster pump to ensure stable operation, and uses a recirculation system. After measurement of conductivity, the water that does not meet the requirements is returned to the system to continue to circulate and filtrate to improve the water collection rate and extend the life of the RO membrane.

Steps
1. Install the system on the top of the workbench, wall or water storage tank
2. Connect the supply water (tap water)
3. Start the system for pure water production
4. Change Filters Regularly
5. Monitor conductivity to ensure water quality meets requirements

• Ensure that the water supply pressure is within 0.1-6 bar
Filters are checked and replaced regularly to maintain performance
• Avoid damage to the system due to poor supply water pressure during installation
The choice of water storage tank capacity should be based on actual demand (e.g. 30 liters, 60 liters, or 100 liters).
