Overview
The XIONGFA XF-1102MB halogen fast Moisture Analyzer is a new type of rapid moisture measurement instrument designed on the principle of pyrolysis weight, which can be used to determine the Moisture content of any substance (except for substances that undergo dangerous chemical reactions by heating). The instrument measures the weight of the sample while rapidly drying the sample through the halogen heating unit and the water evaporation channel. Continuous measurement and immediate display of the Moisture content% of the sample lost during the drying process. The final measured Moisture content is locked after the drying is completed.

Principle
The instrument is designed on the principle of pyrolysis weight. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen heating unit and the water evaporation channel rapidly dry the sample. During the drying process, the instrument continuously measures and instantly displays the Moisture content% of the sample lost, and the final measured Moisture content is locked after the drying is completed.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the sample tray
2. Select Test method (Automatic/Manual/Timed)
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically heats and dries the sample
4. Instrument continuous measurement and display Moisture content changes
5. Moisture content locked after drying
6. Press the switch button to observe the moisture value, weight initial value, starting value, test time and other data
7. Test results can be output through computer or optional printer

• It cannot be used for substances that can undergo dangerous chemical reactions by heating
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 10%, Frequency 50HZ +/- 1HZ
• The sample plate material is aluminum, which can be cleaned and used repeatedly
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable bench before testing
Do not use in a humid or corrosive gas environment
