Overview
The XIONGFA XF-1102MA halogen fast Moisture Analyzer is a new type of rapid moisture measurement instrument designed on the principle of pyrolysis weight to determine the Moisture content of any substance (except for substances that undergo dangerous chemical reactions by heating). The instrument measures the weight of the sample while rapidly drying the sample through the halogen heating unit and the water evaporation channel. Continuous measurement and immediate display of the Moisture content% of the sample lost during the drying process. After the drying is completed, the final measured Moisture content is locked.

Principle
The instrument is designed on the principle of pyrolysis weight. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen heating unit and the water evaporation channel quickly dry the sample. The instrument continuously measures and instantly displays the Moisture content% of the sample lost during the drying process, and the Moisture content of the final determination is locked after the drying is completed. Press the switch button to observe the moisture value, initial weight value, starting value, test time and other data.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the sample tray
2. Select the measurement method (automatic/manual/timed)
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically heats and dries
4. Observe the display Moisture content changes
5. Read the locked moisture value after the test is completed
6. Press the toggle key to view the Miscellaneous test data
7. Test results can be output via computer or printer
Notice
Prohibit the determination of substances that can undergo dangerous chemical reactions by heating
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 10%, Frequency 50HZ +/- 1HZ
• The sample tray is made of aluminum material and can be cleaned and used repeatedly
Do not move the instrument during the test
• Regularly clean the sample tray to ensure measurement accuracy
