Overview
The XIONGFA XF-1203MB halogen fast Moisture Analyzer is a new type of rapid moisture measurement instrument designed on the principle of pyrolysis weight to determine the Moisture content of any substance (except for substances that undergo dangerous chemical reactions by heating). The instrument continuously measures and displays the Moisture content% lost during the drying process through the halogen heating unit and the water evaporation channel while measuring the weight of the sample. After the drying is completed, the final Moisture content is locked, and the data such as moisture value, weight initial value, starting value, test time can be switched to observe.

Principle
The instrument is designed using the pyrolytic weight principle to rapidly dry the sample through the halogen heating unit and water evaporation channel while measuring the weight of the sample. During the drying process, the instrument continuously measures and instantly displays the percentage of Moisture content lost in the sample, and the final measured Moisture content is locked after the drying is completed.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the sample tray
2. Select Test method (Automatic/Manual/Timed)
3. Start the test, the instrument starts heating and drying
4. Observe the Moisture content changes displayed in real time on the display
5. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically locks the final Moisture content
6. Press the switch button to view the moisture value, weight initial value, starting value, test time and other data
7. The test results can be output by connecting a computer or printer through the RS232 interface
