Overview
The XIONGFA XF-1203MA halogen fast Moisture Analyzer is a new type of rapid moisture measurement instrument designed on the principle of pyrolysis weight to determine the Moisture content of any substance (except for substances that undergo dangerous chemical reactions by heating). The instrument measures the weight of the sample while rapidly drying the sample through the halogen heating unit and the water evaporation channel. Continuous measurement and immediate display of the Moisture content% of the sample lost during the drying process. After the drying is completed, the final measurement result is locked.

Principle
The instrument works based on the pyrolytic weight principle. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen heating unit and the water evaporation channel rapidly dry the sample. The instrument continuously measures and instantly displays the percentage of Moisture content lost during the drying process. The final measured Moisture content value is locked after the drying is completed.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the sample tray
2. Select the measurement end method (automatic/manual/timed)
3. Start test, instrument automatic heating drying and measurement
4. Moisture content is automatically locked after drying
5. Press the switch button to observe the moisture value, weight initial value, starting value, test time and other data
6. Test results can be output through computer or optional printer
