Principle
The Precision Solid Density Meter is based on the Archimedes principle buoyancy method, and the weight of the sample in air and water is measured by the water displacement method to calculate the density value, volume and percentage content.

Steps
1. Use the 5-inch Touchscreen touch operation, with built-in guided test step prompts to simplify the operation process.
2. Set the upper and lower limits of product density, judge whether the material is qualified or not, with buzzer function.
3. For solution compensation settings, water or Miscellaneous liquid media can be used.
4. Automatically store 100 test values and automatically average them.
5. Connect the thermal printer, label printer or computer PC through the standard RS232 printer interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ before use.
• Note that the sink material is PC when measuring, and the size is 15.3 × 10.7 × 8.0cm long × 10.7 × 8.0cm.
• Correction methods include single-point automatic correction and multi-point automatic correction, which need to be carried out regularly.
• Interface is a standard RS-232 interface, optional USB interface.
