Principle
The Density Meter is based on the Archimedes principle buoyancy method and calculates density by measuring the weight difference between the sample in air and water. The built-in temperature sensor automatically implements temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device and ensure that the Touchscreen is displayed normally.
2. Place the sample on the measurement platform according to the guided test step prompts.
3. Select Measurement mode, such as using water or Miscellaneous liquid medium, and set solution compensation.
4. The device automatically measures the weight of the sample in air and water, calculates and displays the density, volume and percentage content.
5. The data is automatically saved and can be connected to the printer through the interface or exported to the U disk.
6. Set the upper and lower density limits as needed to determine whether the material is qualified or not.
Notice
• Before use, ensure that the power supply voltage of the equipment is AC100V~ 240V 50HZ/60HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting the measurement.
• Ensure that the sample is clean and drying during measurement to avoid impurities affecting the accuracy.
• Periodic single-point or multi-point automatic correction to maintain measurement accuracy.
• When using liquid media, pay attention to the solution density compensation setting to ensure accurate results.
• Avoid operating in humid or high temperature environments to prevent equipment damage.
When exporting or printing data, ensure that the connection interface is stable to avoid data loss.
