Overview
The PN-TT300F computerized tensile testing machine is an instrument developed by PNSHAR brand in accordance with national standards for testing the Tensile Strength and elongation of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous low-strength sheet materials. The instrument adopts a vertical structure, adjustable chuck spacing, and large tensile Travel. It is suitable for the measurement of Tensile Strength, elongation, Tensile Energy Absorption and other performance of paper, Cardboard, Plastic film and other materials, and has data processing, display, memory and printing functions.
Features
1. Adopt new module circuit design, with WIFI Internet of Things function, support uploading test results to Cloud as a Service, and query and generate reports through QMS quality management system.
2. Support two test modes of tensile resistance and 180 ° disbonding.
3. Travel protection, overload protection, over-range prompt and automatic cleaning intelligent design.
4. The test process displays information such as tensile force and deformation in real time.
5. Equipped with RS232 Interface for easy connection and data transmission with external systems.
6. Built-in thermal printer, the report can be printed directly after the test.
Principle
The specimen is clamped between the two collets, and the two collets move relatively at a set speed. The force value is collected by the Force Sensor located on the moving collet, and the displacement is calculated by time and speed, so as to obtain the performance indicators such as Tensile Strength, Elongation, Tensile Energy Absorption and Peel Strength of the specimen.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Plastic film, Miscellaneous Non-metallic materials, Pressure sensitive adhesive tape
Standards
GB/T 12914、ISO1924-2、TAPPI T494、GB/T 2792、GB/T 24328.3、ISO 12625-4
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Set test parameters on the Touchscreen, such as chuck spacing, stretching speed, etc.
3. Clip the specimen straight between the two collets.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the stretching process and displays the data in real time.
5. After the test, the data is automatically processed and the statistical results are displayed.
6. Test reports can be printed directly through the Built-in Printer, or data can be transferred through the interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working environment meets the requirements: indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
The instrument should be placed on a stable working table to avoid vibration.
• When clamping the specimen, ensure that it is straight to avoid skewness affecting the test results.
• Before testing, please select the appropriate range of force values according to the strength of the sample.
• Pay attention to the travel protection and overload protection prompts of the instrument to avoid overrun operation.
• Test accuracy by regularly maintaining and calibrating instruments.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the instrument.
