Overview
PN-BL80F adhesive Peel Strength tester is a special testing instrument designed and developed by PNSHAR brand in accordance with the national standard GB/T8939. It is mainly used for the detection of 180 ° adhesive Peel Strength between women's external physiological products (such as menstrual towels, non-menstrual towels and pads) and standard sweat cloth. The instrument adopts a vertical mechatronic structure, is equipped with a professional high-speed ARM processor and a color Touchscreen, and has the characteristics of large stretch travel, adjustable chuck spacing, novel design and convenient use.
Features
Adopt new module circuit design, with WIFI Internet of Things function, test results can be uploaded to Cloud as a Service, query and report generation through dedicated QMS100 quality management system software.
2. The ball screw transmission structure is adopted, resulting in high transmission efficiency and accurate positioning.
3. Adopt 5-inch color Touchscreen, which can display force value and deformation Linear dispersion.
4. Real-time display of force value and deformation Linear dispersion, the screen directly displays the results after the test.
5. With statistical function, it can display Average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Standard Deviation and Coefficient of Variation.
Principle
The detection principle of the instrument is to stick the standard sweat cloth on the adhesive backing of the towel (pad) to be tested. After a period of treatment under specified conditions, the towel (pad) and the standard sweat cloth are disbonded at 180 °. The instrument measures the disbonding force within the specified disbonding displacement and calculates the average value. The average value of the disbonding force is used to characterize the adhesive disbonding performance of the towel (pad).
Applications
Women's Topical Physiological Products Adhesive Peel Strength Testing, Menstrual Towel Adhesive Peel Strength Testing, Non-Menstrual Towel (Pad) Adhesive Peel Strength Testing
Steps
1. Stick the standard sweat cloth on the adhesive of the towel (pad) to be tested.
2. Process the sample with the sweat cloth for a period of time according to the specified conditions.
3. Install the treated sample (towel/pad and sweat cloth combination) onto the chuck of the instrument.
4. Set the test parameters on the instrument (such as chuck spacing, disbonding speed, etc.).
5. Start the test, the instrument automatically performs 180 ° adhesive disbonding.
6. After the test, the instrument screen displays the disbonding force Linear dispersion and calculated results (such as average disbonding force).
7. Data can be uploaded through the Internet of Things function, or detailed data can be viewed using the statistical function.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in (100~ 240) VAC range and match 50/60Hz Frequency.
