Overview
The PN-IBTF internal bonding strength tester is a testing instrument designed and developed by PNSHAR Company according to the national standard GB/T 26203. It is suitable for the internal bonding strength measurement of single-layer and multi-layer paper and Cardboard (including Spreader paper and paper and Cardboard covered with synthetic polymer). The instrument adopts a split structure and integrates modern designs such as pneumatic sample preparation, pneumatic clamping, and electromagnet suction swing arm. The performance is stable and the operation is convenient.
Features
1. Adopt new module circuit design, with WIFI Internet of Things function, can save test results to Cloud as a Service and query and generate reports through QMS system.

Principle
The instrument uses the Scott type internal bond strength detection method. The principle is that a sandwich structure composed of double-sided tape-sample-double-sided tape is pressed between a metal flat anvil and an aluminum block. The aluminum block is flipped by the pendulum striking the inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block, thereby destroying the sample in the Z direction. The energy absorbed during the destruction of the sample is calculated by measuring the height of the swing, and the result is expressed in J/m ².

Steps
1. Preparative sample: Using a pneumatic sample preparation device, 5 samples with a size of 25.4 × 25.4mm can be prepared at a time.
2. Clamping the sample: Place the sample (with double-sided tape to form a sandwich structure) between the metal anvil and the aluminum block, and hold it pneumatically with constant pressure.
3. Start the test: Through Touchscreen operation, press the test button, and the electromagnet automatically releases the swing arm for impact.
4. Reading results: The instrument automatically calculates and displays the internal bonding strength value, and the data can be stored, printed or uploaded through the Communication interface.
Notice
• This instrument is not suitable for Low Basis Weight, Porous, Soft Paper and Cardboard.
• Operating Environment should meet the conditions of indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃ and relative humidity < 85%.
• Please ensure that the sample size is 140 x (25.4 +/- 0.1) mm during operation, and the sample size is 25.4 x 25.4mm after sample preparation.
• The power supply of the instrument is AC (100~ 240) V, please pay attention to voltage matching when using it.
• During the test, external interference should be avoided to ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly to reduce vibration.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy (Indication Error +/- 1%, indication variability < 1%).
