Overview
PN-PIDF inks printing Rub Resistance Tester (also known as Wear resistance instrument, Friction tester) is developed according to the national standard GB/T 7706, a professional instrument for detecting the surface coating Abrasion Resistance of printing ink layer, PS version photosensitive layer and related products. The instrument adopts modern mechanical design concept and microcomputer processing technology, with novel design, convenient use and excellent performance.
Features
1. Adopt new module circuit design, with WIFI Internet of Things function, can save test results to Cloud as a Service, query and generate reports through dedicated QMS quality management system.
2. Enter the number of friction times before the test, the test can be automatically controlled, and a beep will prompt after the end.
3. Control system has power-off memory function, keep the parameter state before the last power-off after re-power.
4. The actuator adopts High Accuracy Gear Deceleration Micro Motor to drive the friction body for linear reciprocating friction movement.
5. Fully meet the requirements of national standards and are compatible with international standards.
Principle
Fix the friction paper on the friction body, and the test sample is fixed on the friction table. After starting the instrument, the friction body reciprocates the sample at the set speed, and each reciprocating counter is counted. After the preset number of friction times is reached, the test ends, and the wear resistance of the sample is judged by comparing the change of inks density before and after friction.
Applications
Printing ink layer abrasion resistance testing, PS plate photosensitive layer abrasion resistance testing, related product surface coating abrasion resistance testing
Standards
GB/T 7706、ASTM D5264、TAPPI T830
Steps
1. Fix the friction paper to the friction body.
2. Fix the sample to be tested on the friction table.
3. Enter the preset number of frictions through the Touchscreen.
4. Start the instrument and start the test.
5. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop and beep.
6. Take out the sample and compare the changes in inks density before and after friction to evaluate Abrasion Resistance.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz.
The recommended size of the friction paper is 210 x 50mm, and the sample size is recommended to be larger than the width of the friction paper, usually 280 x 60mm.
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Friction load can be selected from 20N, 2Lb or 4Lb.
Friction Frequency can be adjusted in 21/43/85/106cpm four gears.
• Secure the friction paper and specimen properly before testing.
• The instrument has a power-off memory function, and the parameters remain unchanged after re-powering.
