Overview
PN-4PF500F four-point flexural strength tester is a Corrugated Board flexural stiffness tester designed with four-point loading method according to GB/T 23144 and ISO 5628 standards. It is suitable for single corrugated, double corrugated, three Corrugated Board and cardboard. Its stiffness and strength are evaluated by measuring the bending resistance moment (expressed in mN.m) of Cardboard within the resilience deformation range, so as to reflect the anti-protrusion ability of the carton and the protection of the contents. The instrument adopts modern mechanical design concept and high-speed ARM processor, and has functions such as parameter testing, data display, memory, printing and automatic reset.

Principle
During the test, the specimen is placed on two supports with adjustable spacing. After starting, the upper pressure bar is lowered and a load is applied to the specimen. The instrument measures the deformation of the specimen by the preset force value, or the force value required by the preset deformation measurement, and finally calculates the bending stiffness value of the specimen.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on two adjustable spacing supports.
2. Press the start button to lower the upper pressure rod to apply a load to the sample.
3. The instrument automatically performs measurement according to the settings (preset force value to measure deformation or preset deformation value to measure force value).
4. The instrument calculates and displays the bending stiffness value, and the pressure rod returns to the initial position at high speed after the test is completed.
Notice
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Specimen width must meet the requirements: Single Corrugated and Double Corrugated Board is 100mm, Triple Corrugated Board is 50mm.
• Power supply voltage is within (100~ 240) VAC range before use.
Do not touch moving parts during testing.
• Regular maintenance to ensure instrument accuracy and performance.
