Overview
PN-CT50KAF FCL Compression Testing Machine is an economical testing instrument, mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various small-size corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 10kN. Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with relevant national and international standards, and are suitable for Encasement testing of food and beverage, instant noodles, cosmetics, beer, grain and oil and other products. The equipment has three Operating Modes: tensile test, fixed value test and stacking test.

Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the Encasement sample through a motor-driven platen. In the tensile test mode, the instrument applies an initial load to the sample as the starting point of deformation, and then continues to pressurize until the sample is crushed, and automatically records the pressure and deformation. In the fixed value test mode, the box performance can be detected according to the set pressure and deformation. In the stacking test mode, the warehouse stacking state is simulated. The upper platen is pressurized down to a predetermined pressure and then stops and starts timing. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample deformation reaches the set value, and the test is automatically terminated.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and start the device.
2. Select the desired test mode (tensile test, set test, or stacking test) on the Touchscreen.
3. According to the test requirements, pre-set relevant parameters (e.g. pressure, deformation, speed, etc.).
4. Place the Encasement sample to be tested in the center of the lower pressure plate.
5. Start the test, and the device will automatically run and complete the pressurization, data recording, and other processes.
6. After the test is completed, the data, Linear dispersion and statistical results can be viewed through the Touchscreen.
7. Use the built-in thermal printer to print the test report, or export the data to the computer for further analysis through the interface.
Notice
* Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or optional AC110V).
* The equipment should be installed in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
Before testing, please confirm that the sample size meets the requirements of equipment platen size (600 * 600mm) and Working Travel (600mm).
Please pay attention to safety during operation and do not place any part of your body between the upper and lower pressure plates.
In case of emergency, please press the overload emergency stop button immediately.
During the operation of the equipment, please pay attention to the limit control and overrange prompts.
* Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure Test accuracy.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal circuits and mechanical structures of the equipment.
