Overview
PN-CT50KBF FCL Compression Testing Machine is a standard testing instrument, mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various medium-sized corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 30kN. The instrument conforms to a number of national and international standards, and is suitable for Encasement testing of food and beverages, instant noodles, cosmetics, beer, grain and oil products. It has three Operating Modes: Compression Test, Fixed Value Test and Stacking Test.

Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the Encasement sample by driving the pressure plate through a High Accuracy servo motor. In the compression test mode, the instrument applies an initial load to the sample as the starting point of deformation, continuously pressurizes until the sample crumbles, and automatically records the pressure and deformation. In the fixed value test mode, the box performance can be detected according to the set pressure or deformation amount. In the stacking test mode, the warehouse stacking state is simulated. After the pressure is pressurized to the predetermined pressure, the timing starts and the deformation is monitored. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the pressure is automatically replenished to the test load and maintained until the specified stacking time or the sample deformation reaches the set value, and the test is automatically terminated.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V three-phase five-wire power supply.
2. Preset test parameters (such as test mode, pressure value, deformation, speed, etc.) on the 5-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Place the specimen in the center of the platen.
4. Start the test according to the selected mode (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking), and the instrument will run automatically.
5. Linear dispersion of pressure and deformation can be observed in real time during the test.
6. After the test, the data is automatically processed and the statistical results are displayed.
7. Reports can be printed through the built-in thermal printer, or the data can be exported to the computer through the interface.
Notice
• Please make sure to use AC380V 10A 50Hz three-phase five-wire power supply.
• The recommended working environment of the instrument is indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
Be familiar with the location and use of safety devices such as overload emergency stop buttons and limit controls before operation.
• When placing the sample, make sure it is located in the center of the platen to ensure Test accuracy.
Do not use beyond the force range of the instrument (220~ 30000N) and Working Travel (50~ 800mm).
• Net weight of the instrument is about 750kg. When installing and moving, it is necessary to ensure that the ground is flat and stable, and pay attention to safety.
• Regularly maintain and check the mechanical structure and circuit modules to ensure the stable operation of the instrument.
