Overview
PN-CT50KCF whole box compression testing machine is a cost-effective large-scale Encasement parts compression and stacking testing instrument. It is mainly used for all kinds of small and medium-sized corrugated boxes with compressire strength less than 50kN, large honeycomb cartons, general turnover Encasement boxes and home appliances, sports equipment, mechanical parts, vehicles, grain and oil, solar products and other Encasement boxes compressire strength test.

Principle
The testing machine provides three Operating Modes. In the compression test mode, the initial load is applied to the sample as the starting point of deformation, and then the pressure is continued until the sample is crushed, and the pressure and deformation amount are automatically recorded. In the fixed value test mode, the overall performance of the box can be detected according to the set pressure and deformation amount. In the stacking test mode, the warehouse stacking state is simulated, and the timing and deformation amount are calculated after the pressure is pressurized to the predetermined pressure. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample pressure reaches the set shape.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC380V three-phase five-wire system).
2. Pre-set test parameters through a 5-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Place the specimen between the platens.
4. Select the Operating Mode (pressure test, fixed value test or stacking test) according to the test requirements.
5. Start the test, and the device will automatically run and record data.
6. After the test is completed, the report can be printed through the built-in thermal printer, or the data can be exported to the computer for further analysis through the interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working environment meets the requirements: indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• The power supply of the device is AC380V 10A 50Hz three-phase five-wire system, please connect it correctly.
• Please check whether the safety devices (such as emergency stop buttons and limit controls) are normal before use.
When placing the sample, make sure it is in the center of the platen and pay attention to the parallelism between the upper and lower platens.
• During the test, do not touch moving parts and pay attention to the over-range prompt.
• When maintaining equipment, please refer to Modular circuit design, or contact a professional.
• Net weight of the equipment is about 1800kg, and it is necessary to ensure the safety of ground load-bearing and operation when installing and moving.
