Overview
PN-CT500F Paper Tube Flat Crush Test Tester is a mechatronics testing instrument designed and developed by PNSHAR brand according to the national standard GB/T 2 2906.9, BB/T 0032 and ISO110939.9. It is mainly used for the measurement of compressire strength and deformation of various industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, small Encasement boxes and Miscellaneous small containers. The instrument adopts the design of movable upper pressing plate and fixed lower pressing plate. It has powerful data processing function, which can directly display statistical results and pressure Linear dispersion. It is an ideal testing equipment for paper tube manufacturers and mass testing institutions.

Principle
The instrument realizes the determination of the paper tube Flat Crush Test through the mechatronic structure. In the "Compression Test" mode, the user enters the Test speed and the length of the sample, and the instrument starts the test. The upper platen moves down under the drive of the stepper motor, and the radial pressure is applied to the sample placed on the fixed lower platen until the sample is crushed or reaches the set conditions. During the test, the force value and deformation data are collected in real time. After the test, the screen directly displays the paper tube pressure resistance, deformation and the calculated paper tube Flat Crush Test value (unit kN/m).

Steps
1. Select "Compression Test" Operating Mode.
2. Test speed and specimen length on the instrument.
3. Place the specimen on the lower platen.
4. Start the test with one click.
5. After the test, the screen displays the paper tube pressure resistance, deformation and paper tube Flat Crush Test value.
Notice
• Instrument working environment should be kept at indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity below 85%.
Make sure the power supply is (100~ 240) VAC, 2A, 50/60Hz.
• Choose the correct sample length according to the inner diameter of the paper tube: when the inner diameter is not greater than 300mm, the sample length should be 100mm; when the inner diameter is greater than 300mm, the sample length should be 300mm.
• Before use, please confirm that the parallelism of the platen meets the requirements (≤ 0.6mm).
Do not touch moving parts during testing.
