Overview
PN-CT700F liquid milk compressire strength tester is an instrument designed and developed by PNSHAR brand according to industry requirements to detect the compression performance of liquid milk. It is mainly used in Tetra Pak Encasement in the food industry. The instrument is a mechatronic structure with a movable upper pressure plate and a fixed lower pressure plate. The test process can display the force value and deformation Linedispersion in real time. After the test, the screen directly displays the results. It has powerful data processing function to obtain statistical results of various data. The instrument supports three standard Operating Modes: Compression Test, Fixed Value Test and Stacking Test.

Principle
The instrument adopts mechatronics structure and is controlled by modern mechanical design concepts and microcomputer processing technology. During the test, the upper pressure plate is driven by a stepper motor and moves down through a ball screw drive to apply pressure to the samples placed on the lower pressure plate (such as Tetra Pak Encasement). The system collects data from the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor in real time, and displays the change of force value and deformation Linear dispersion synchronously on the Touchscreen. After the test, the microprocessor processes the data, directly calculates and displays the test results and statistical information.
