The instrument applies pressure to the specimen through the motor-driven platen. In the tensile test mode, the initial load is applied to the specimen as the starting point of deformation, and the pressure and deformation amount are automatically recorded. In the fixed value test mode, the performance of the box is detected according to the set pressure and deformation amount. In the stacking test mode, the warehouse stacking state is simulated, and the timing and deformation amount are calculated after the pressure is pressurized to the predetermined pressure. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample pressure reaches the set deformation amount.

1. Tensile test: The sample is placed between the pressure plates, the instrument applies an initial load and uses this as the starting point of deformation, and then continues to press until the sample is crushed, automatically recording the pressure and deformation. 2. Fixed value test: According to the set pressure and deformation parameters, the sample is pressurized to detect the overall performance of the box. 3. Stacking test: Set parameters such as stacking pressure and time, stop when the sample is pressurized to a predetermined pressure under the upper pressure plate, start timing and calculate the deformation of the sample; the system monitors the pressure change, and automatically pressurizes to the test load when the pressure drops to 2% of the set value and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample pressure reaches the set deformation amount, and the test automatically terminates.
