Overview
PN-CT50KAF FCL Compression Testing Machine is an economical testing instrument, mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various small-size corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 15kN. The instrument conforms to GB/T 4857.3, GB/T 4857.4, ISO 12048, ISO 2234 and other standards, suitable for Encasement box testing of food and beverage, instant noodles, cosmetics, beer, grain and oil products, with three Operating Modes of tensile test, fixed value test and stacking test.

Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the sample (such as a corrugated box) through the upper pressure plate, and tests according to the set Operating Mode. In the tensile test, the instrument applies an initial load to the sample as the starting point of deformation, continues to press until the sample is crushed, and automatically records the pressure and deformation amount. In the fixed value test, the box performance is detected according to the set pressure and deformation amount. In the stacking test, the warehouse stacking state is simulated, and the timing and deformation amount are calculated after the pressure is pressurized to a predetermined pressure. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the test is automatically terminated when the sample pressure reaches the set deformation amount.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or optional AC110V).
2. Pre-set test parameters (such as test mode, pressure, deformation, speed, etc.) through the 5-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Place the specimen in the center of the platen (size 800 * 800mm).
4. Start the test according to the selected mode (tensile test, fixed value test or stacking test), and the instrument will run automatically.
5. During the test, the screen displays the pressure and deformation Linear dispersion and data in real time.
6. After the test, the instrument automatically records the results, and the report can be printed through the built-in thermal printer, or the EXCEL data can be exported through the RS232/USB interface.
Notice
• Instrument working environment should be kept at indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% 5A 50/60Hz or optional AC110V).
When placing the specimen, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to ensure the accuracy of the test.
During the test, do not touch moving parts and pay attention to whether the safety device (such as the emergency stop button) is working properly.
• The force value of the instrument ranges from 50 to 20000N, please do not use it beyond the range to avoid damage to the equipment.
• Regularly check the parallelism of the platen (should be ≤ the length of the long side of the platen * 0.2% mm) and the mechanical structure to ensure the stability of the instrument.
• During maintenance, please disconnect the power supply and operate it by a professional.
