Overview
PN-CT50KBF FCL Compression Testing Machine is a standard testing instrument, mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various medium-sized corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 30kN. The instrument has three Operating Modes of Compression Test, Setting Test and Stacking Test, which can meet different testing needs.

8. Driven by High Accuracy Servo Motor, it can realize fast and accurate positioning control, the return speed can reach 250mm/min, and the positioning accuracy can reach 1mm.
9. Using high-speed ARM processor and 24-bit AD converter, the data processing speed is fast and the accuracy is high.
10. Built-in thermal printer for easy printing of test reports.
11. Computer software can be connected, and test data can be exported to EXCEL, which is convenient for data storage, analysis, and management.
Principle
The testing machine pressurizes the sample by driving the platen through a High Accuracy servo motor. In the compression test mode, the instrument applies an initial load to the sample as the starting point of deformation, and then continues to pressurize until the sample is crushed, and automatically records the pressure and deformation. In the stacking test mode, the upper platen pressurizes the sample to a predetermined pressure and stops, starts timing and calculates the deformation; when the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample pressure reaches the set deformation amount, and the test is automatically terminated.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Select the test mode on the Touchscreen (pressure test, set test, or stacking test).
3. According to the selected mode, preset relevant parameters (e.g. pressure, deformation, speed, etc.).
4. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically runs and records the data.
6. After the test is completed, the report can be printed through the built-in thermal printer, or the data can be exported through the interface.
Notice
• Please make sure to use AC380V 10A 50Hz three-phase five-wire power supply.
The recommended working environment is indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Before testing, please confirm that the sample size does not exceed the platen size (1000 * 1000mm).
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and do not place any part of your body between the upper and lower pressure plates.
• When the instrument is running, if there is any abnormality, please press the emergency stop button immediately.
• Regular maintenance inspections to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
