Overview
PN-CT50KBF FCL Compression Testing Machine is a standard testing instrument, mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various medium-sized corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 30kN. The instrument has three Operating Modes of Compression Test, Setting Test and Stacking Test, which can meet a variety of testing needs.

Principle
The testing machine presses the sample by driving the pressure plate through a High Accuracy servo motor. In the compression test mode, the instrument applies an initial load to the sample as the starting point of deformation, and then continues to pressurize until the sample is crushed, and automatically records the pressure and deformation. In the fixed value test mode, the box performance is detected according to the set pressure and deformation. In the stacking test mode, the warehouse stacking state is simulated. After pressurizing to the preset pressure, the timing starts and the deformation amount is calculated. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically replenishes the pressure to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample pressure reaches the set deformation amount. The test is automatically terminated.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC380V 10A 50Hz three-phase five-wire system).
2. Select the test mode (pressure test, set value test or stacking test) on the 5-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Pre-set relevant parameters (e.g. pressure, deformation, speed, etc.) according to the selected mode.
4. Place the specimen between the platens (Working Travel 50~ 1200mm).
5. Start the test and the instrument will automatically perform the pressurization, data collection and recording process.
6. After the test is completed, the report can be printed through the built-in thermal printer, or the EXCEL data can be exported by connecting the computer through the RS232/USB interface.
Notice
* Please ensure that the working environment is indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
The power supply must meet the requirements of AC380V 10A 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
Please check whether the safety device (overload emergency stop, limit control) is normal before use.
Pay attention to the size of the platen (1200 * 1200mm) and the size of the sample to ensure that the sample can be tested normally.
When setting the pressurization speed, please note that the range is 1 to 120mm/min, and the standard speed is 10 +/- 1mm/min.
* Net weight of the instrument is about 1300kg, and the ground load-bearing and operation safety must be ensured when installing and moving.
