Overview
PN-CT50KCF FCL compressive testing machine is a cost-effective testing instrument for compressive and stacking tests of large corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts. Mainly used for all kinds of small and medium-sized corrugated boxes with compressire strength less than 50kN, as well as large Encasement boxes made of Miscellaneous materials, such as general turnover boxes, home appliance Encasement boxes, sports equipment Encasement boxes, mechanical parts Encasement boxes, etc. Strength testing.

9. Force value detection adopts high-speed ARM processor, four High Accuracy Force Value Sensors and high-speed High Accuracy AD converter with unique sampling algorithm to ensure real-time and accuracy of sampling.
10. Built-in thermal printer for easy printing of test reports.
11. Computer software can be connected, and test data can be exported to EXCEL, which is convenient for data storage, analysis, and management.
Principle
The testing machine provides three Operating Modes. Compression Test Mode: Apply an initial load to the sample and use this as the starting point of deformation, continue to apply pressure until the sample is crushed, and automatically record the pressure and deformation. Fixed Value Test Mode: Detect the overall performance of the box according to the set pressure and deformation. Stacking Test Mode: Simulate the stacking state of the warehouse. Stop when the sample is pressurized to a predetermined pressure under the upper pressure plate, start timing and calculate the deformation. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the test is terminated when the sample pressure reaches the set shape.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC380V three-phase five-wire system).
2. Select the test mode (pressure test, set value test or stacking test) on the 5-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Pre-set relevant parameters (e.g. pressure, deformation, speed, etc.) according to the selected mode.
4. Place the specimen in the center of the platen.
5. Start the test, and the device will automatically run and record data.
6. After the test is completed, the report can be printed through the built-in thermal printer, or the data can be exported to the computer through the interface.
Notice
* Please ensure that the working environment meets the requirements: indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
* The power supply of the equipment is AC380V 10A three-phase five-wire system, please connect it correctly to ensure good grounding.
* When placing the specimen, make sure it is located in the center of the platen to ensure Test accuracy.
During the operation of the equipment, do not approach moving parts to ensure safety.
Do not exceed the rated force range of the device (220~ 50000N) and Working Travel (50~ 1500mm).
Periodically inspect the mechanical structure (e.g. lead screws, guide posts) and electrical components of the equipment to ensure proper operation.
If there is an abnormality or alarm in the equipment, please press the emergency stop button immediately and contact a professional to deal with it.
