Overview
AISRY NBC-1021 (2KG) Universal Testing Machine is a device used to test the mechanical performance of materials. It is suitable for Plastic film, composite film, Adhesive, adhesive tape, medical patch, protective film, release paper, rubber, artificial leather, paper fiber and other products. It can perform tensile strength, Peel Strength, deformation rate, breaking force, disbonding force, opening force and other performance tests.

Principle
The Universal Testing Machine uses a variable-speed motor to drive the drive system and apply tensile or disbonding force to the specimen installed between the clamps. The force Sensor detects the force in real time and transmits the data to the control system. The system controls the test process according to set parameters (such as speed, unit), and automatically stops when preset conditions (such as upper force value, specimen fracture) are reached, and finally outputs the test results through a printer or computer software.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
2. According to the test requirements, install the appropriate tensile fixture.
3. Place the specimen correctly between the upper and lower clamps.
4. Set test parameters through the control panel, such as test speed, force unit, shutdown mode, etc.
5. Start the test, and the equipment automatically runs and applies force to the sample.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically shuts down.
7. Print the test results through a micro-printer, or view and analyze the data through connected computer software.

* Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
When installing fixtures and specimens, ensure that they are firmly secured to prevent peeling during testing.
Set the test speed and shutdown conditions reasonably according to the characteristics of the sample.
* Regularly maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure test accuracy.
