Principle
The equipment shears, disperses and emulsifies materials through a high-speed swirl/spin working head to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions. Depending on the selected working head, various processes such as dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, crushing can be completed.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head according to the material characteristics
2. Immerse the working head in the liquid, with a height of no more than 200mm
3. Turn on the power and set the desired Rotation speed
4. Start equipment for decentralized, emulsification or homogenization
5. Turn off the power after the operation is completed and clean the working head

• Material viscosity must not exceed 8000cp
• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid does not exceed 200mm
• The operating temperature shall not exceed 120 ° C
