The MUXUAN MS-A10 (6G) Laboratory Handheld Sizing Machine is a Handheld design with double insulation protection. Principle
The device is driven by a compact series-excited micro high-speed motor. It is composed of a high-speed motor, a shear emulsification head and a speed control controller. The motor drives the working head to swirl/spin at high speed to generate a shear force, so as to realize the processing of sample mashing, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization. The speed control controller can precisely adjust the motor Rotation speed to adapt to different samples and processing requirements.

Steps
1. According to the amount and viscosity of the processed sample, choose the appropriate specification of the working head (e.g. G6810).
2. Install the work header on the device driver host.
3. Ensure that the sample container is stable, immerse the working head in the sample liquid, and the immersion height should be within the minimum and maximum immersion liquid height range (e.g. 12mm to 60mm for the G6 working head).
4. Connect the power supply (AC 220V, 50/60 Hz).
5. Select or adjust the appropriate Rotation speed through the speed controller (Speed range 5000~ 35000rpm, this model is 6-speed speed regulation).
6. Start the equipment and start processing the sample.
7. After the processing is completed, turn off the power of the device, remove the working head, and clean it.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (not more than 40 ° C) and the allowable relative humidity (not more than 80%).
* Before use, please confirm whether the selected working head specification (G6) is suitable according to the Processing capacity (0.2~ 20mL) and the maximum viscosity of the sample (100mpa.s).
When the working head is immersed in liquid, it is necessary to ensure that the immersion height is between the minimum (12mm) and maximum (60mm) immersion height to avoid equipment damage or sample splashing.
* The maximum operating temperature of the working head is 120 ° C. Do not use it in an environment or sample that exceeds this temperature.
The equipment has built-in overload protection, but please avoid long-term overload operation.
Please clean the working head immediately after use, especially the part that comes into contact with the sample.
Do not disassemble the device yourself.
* Pay attention to power safety and ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the rated requirements (AC 220V).
