Overview
MUXUAN MS-B20 Laboratory High Shear Mulser is a smart, convenient and highly scalable experimental equipment. It uses a German high-speed motor, Rotation speed up to 28000rpm, line speed up to 27m/s, can operate for a long time, easily meet a variety of high-demand decentralized emulsification experimental needs.

Principle
The device drives the working head (rotor/stator structure) at high speed swirl/spin through a high-speed motor, generating strong shear force, Impact force and cavitation effect. When the material passes through the precise gap of the working head, it is instantly dispersed, torn and emulsified, thus achieving efficient mixing, homogenization, emulsification or crushing between solid and liquid or liquid and liquid.

Steps
1. According to the amount of materials handled and the process requirements, refer to the selection table to select the appropriate working head and install it.
2. Place the equipment firmly and immerse the working head in the material to be processed, paying attention to the maximum immersion height.
3. Power on (AC 220V 50/60 Hz).
4. Continuously adjust the speed through the scale knob, slowly increase from low speed to the required Rotation speed.
5. Rotation speed is set to complete the dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other processes.
6. After the processing is completed, adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest level, turn off the power, remove and clean the working head.
Notice
The viscosity of the treated material should not exceed 5000 cps (mPas).
The maximum height of the working head immersed in the liquid is 190mm, do not exceed it.
Ambient Temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
* Please refer to the selection table to select the working head of the appropriate specification according to the material characteristics and Processing capacity.
* Start at a low speed and slowly increase to the required Rotation speed to avoid splashing.
When the equipment is working, make sure to place it firmly and pay attention to safety.
* After use, the working head should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment drying clean.
