Principle
The device drives the working head (rotor/stator structure) at high speed swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to generate a strong shear force. In the precise gap between the rotor and the stator, the material is subjected to high-frequency mechanical action and the comprehensive effects of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact tearing, etc., so as to achieve rapid dispersion, emulsification and homogenization between solid and liquid or liquid and liquid.

Steps
1. According to the amount of material handled (30~ 150mL) and process requirements, select and install a suitable emulsification homogenizing head (such as MS-B10 working head).
Connect the device power supply to the AC220V 50/60Hz power supply.
3. Immerse the working head into the material to be processed, noting that the maximum immersion liquid height is 120mm.
4. Continuously adjust the speed through the scale knob, and set the Rotation speed (range 7000~ 28000rpm) as needed.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, emulsification or homogenization.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the working head.
Notice
• This machine is suitable for materials with viscosity ≤ 5000 cps (mPas). The maximum processing viscosity is recommended to refer to the specific working head parameters (such as MS-B10 standard Processing capacity is 30~ 150mL, and the maximum processing viscosity is 1000cp).
• The maximum immersion height of the working head in the liquid is 120mm, do not exceed this depth.
• Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature not more than 40 ℃, allowing relative humidity not more than 80%.
The maximum operating temperature of the working head and the contact material is 120 ° C.
• Please ensure that the material properties are compatible with the equipment materials (e.g. 316 stainless steel, PTFE bearings) when operating.
• Do not idle without liquid or too little material to avoid damage to the equipment.
• After use, the working head should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment drying.
