Principle
The device drives the working head (rotor/stator structure) at high speed swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to generate a strong shear force. In the precise gap between the rotor and the stator, the material is subjected to strong mechanical shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and other comprehensive effects, so as to achieve rapid dispersion, emulsification, homogenization or crushing between solids and liquids or liquids and liquids.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity and Processing capacity of the processing material, refer to the selection table to select the appropriate working head and install it.
Connect the device power supply to the AC220V 50/60Hz power supply.
3. Immerse the working head into the material to be processed, paying attention to the maximum immersion height.
4. Continuously adjust the speed through the scale knob, and gradually adjust to the required Rotation speed from the low speed.
5. Run the equipment at the set Rotation speed for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other operations.
6. After the operation is completed, first adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest level, then turn off the power, take out the working head and clean it.
Notice
* Rated voltage of the device is AC220V 50/60Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
When operating, the height of the working head immersed in the liquid should not exceed the maximum allowable value (e.g. 100mm).
The viscosity of the processed material should not exceed the maximum allowable value of the equipment (e.g. 800cp or 5000cps, refer to different working head parameters for details).
Ambient Temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
The maximum operating temperature of the working head and the parts in contact with the material is 120 ° C.
Start at a low speed and gradually increase it to avoid direct high-speed startup.

* Do not touch high-speed swirling/spinning parts during equipment operation.
