The MUXUAN MS-D25 Online High Shear Dispersion Mulser is a highly efficient, lightweight laboratory device designed with a Modular structure for easy operation and long-term stable operation. It can simulate online working conditions in a laboratory environment for cyclic or online continuous processing, with good homogenization effect and no dispersion dead ends.

Principle
The device drives the working head swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to generate a strong shear force. When the material passes through the working head cavity, it is shearing, impacting and dispersing at high linear velocities, so as to achieve rapid and uniform mixing between solids and liquids or liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions.

Steps
1. Select and assemble the appropriate working head according to the material characteristics.
Connect the device to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
3. Connect the feed and discharge pipelines.
4. Start the device and gradually adjust the Rotation speed from low speed to the required Rotation speed (10000~ 28000rpm) through the stepless speed control knob.
5. Begin material handling, allowing for round-robin or online continuous operation.
6. After the processing is completed, first adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest level, and then turn off the power.

This machine is suitable for application scenarios where material viscosity is less than or equal to 5000 cps.
* Flow rate range is 1-15L/min.
* Ambient Temperature allowed by the equipment is 5-40 ° C, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Please pay attention to the overload protection prompt when operating to avoid overloading the equipment.
* The working head and the contact material part are SUS316L stainless steel, please confirm the compatibility according to the material properties.
* Mechanical sealing material is SiC, FKM, ceramic, use should pay attention to matching.
* The inlet and outlet are 14mm hose interfaces, please ensure that the connection is firm.
* After a long period of continuous operation, it is recommended to stop and chill down to prolong the life of the motor.
