Overview
MS-Z60 laboratory pilot Mulser is a device specially designed by MUXUAN brand for laboratory small-scale pilot experiments. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, achieving uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refining homogenization and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of working heads of different specifications, with a standard Processing capacity of 5~ 30L.

Principle
The device narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials by means of mechanical external force, so that one phase (such as solid or liquid) is evenly distributed into another or more phases (such as liquid). This process realizes the refinement, homogenization and dispersion emulsification of materials, and finally forms a stable liquid-liquid or solid-liquid dispersion system.
Applications
Biological, food, Coating, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. It is suitable for the process of mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juices, soups, dairy products, tissue homogenates, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals and more than a thousand other materials.
Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head according to the process requirements.
2. Place the material in a processing container (recommended capacity range of 5L-50L).
3. Adjust the working head of the equipment to the appropriate height through the electric lifting system.
4. Start the device and set the required Rotation speed (range 300~ 6000rpm) through the frequency conversion speed regulation function.
5. Dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, crushing, coalescence, suspension or dissolving of materials.
6. After processing is completed, turn off the equipment, raise the working head, and remove or transfer the processed materials.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 8000 cps (mPas), and the maximum processing viscosity is recommended to be 5000 cp.
• Standard Processing capacity range is 5~ 30L, the maximum capacity can reach 50L, please do not overuse.
• The material of the equipment contact material is SUS316L, and the bearing material is PTFE. Please ensure that the material is compatible with such materials.
• Equipment has overload protection, but still needs to operate at Rated power (750W) and voltage (220V/50Hz).
• Please pay attention to safety when operating, and the equipment protection level is IP54.
• This machine is a batch processing process type, suitable for the processing of small batches of materials.
• Equipment can be equipped with manual counterweight bracket, lifting Travel is 400mm; standard electric lifting bracket Travel is 350mm.
