Overview
The MUXUAN laboratory three-stage emulsification pump MXR-2.2-3 is a specially designed emulsification equipment for laboratories. The working cavity is equipped with three sets of rotating stators, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer different configurations. The motor generates a strong suction force when swirl/spin at high speed, sucks the material into the working chamber, and passes through multiple dispersion, shearing and emulsification of multi-stage and multi-layer rotating stators to form a cycle of continuous processing and output high-quality products. Suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or miscible materials.

Principle
The three-stage emulsification pump in the laboratory adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with three sets of rotating stators. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, forming a vacuum to suck the material from the inlet of the double-decked Mixing Tank into the rotating stator chamber. Powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate high linear speed, and the material experiences strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotating stator gaps, resulting in strong turbulence, which flows out from the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank cycle, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase uniformly disperse and emulsify in an instant, forming a stable and high-quality product.
Applications
Dispersion and emulsification homogenization of materials for biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. Applicable materials include solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions formed by mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids, such as juice, soup, dairy tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemical materials.
Steps
1. Suction the material into the working chamber through the double-decked Mixing Tank inlet.
2. Start the motor, drive the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, so that the rotating stator forms a vacuum and handles the material.
3. The material undergoes dispersion, shearing and emulsification in the rotating stator gap.
4. The processed material flows out of the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank for recycling.
5. As needed, the sexual repeability cycle process until the desired emulsification effect is achieved.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 20,000 cps.
• Processing capacity range is 5-20L to ensure that the equipment capacity is not exceeded.
• Check whether the structural components of the equipment such as Mixing Tank, clamps, valves, etc. are in good condition before use.
• Optional jacket chill down and machine seal chill down system, pay attention to the correct connection of import and export.
• Select the appropriate rotating stator configuration and material customization according to the material characteristics.
