Overview
The MUXUAN ZN500-12 laboratory high-shear Mulser is a high-speed dispersed emulsification device equipped with a high-speed motor, Rotation speed up to 28000rpm, line speed up to 27m/s. The device uses a three-core processor intelligent control main board and a 2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen, which integrates dexterity, convenience and high scalability. The whole machine is modular structure, which can run for a long time and easily meet a variety of high-demand decentralized emulsification experiments.

Principle
The device drives the working head at high speed swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to generate a strong shear force. According to the different working heads configured, the material can be dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, ground, etc., and the solid and liquid or liquid and liquid are mixed to form a solution, colloid, suspension or emulsion.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head according to the experimental requirements.
2. Rotation speed, timing and other parameters required by setting the 2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen.
3. Immerse the working head into the material to be processed, ensuring that the immersion depth is between 35mm and 150mm.
4. Start the device and begin the decentralized emulsification process.
5. It can be paused at any time during operation, and the voltage, current, Power and torque Linear dispersion can be monitored in real time through the screen.
6. After reaching the set time or treatment effect, stop the equipment, remove the working head, and clean it.
Notice
* Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 8000 cps (mPas).
* Permissible Ambient Temperature not more than 40 ℃, allowing relative humidity not more than 80%.
The maximum operating temperature of the working head is 120 ° C.
When operating, ensure that the height of the working head immersed in the liquid is between a minimum of 35mm and a maximum of 150mm.
The equipment is equipped with overload and overcurrent protection, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation when using it.
