Principle
The device drives the working head at high speed swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to generate a strong shear force. According to the different specifications of the working head configured, the material can be dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, ground, mixed or crushed to form a solution, colloid, suspension or emulsion.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head according to the experimental requirements.
2. Connect the device to AC 220V power supply.
3. Rotation speed, timing and other parameters required by 2.8 inch TFT touch screen setting.
4. Immerse the working head into the material to ensure that the immersion height is within the allowable range of the equipment (minimum 45mm, maximum 160mm).
5. Start the device for dispersion, emulsification and other operations, and the process can be suspended at any time.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Rated voltage of the device is AC 220V 50/60 Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 8000 cps (mPas), with a maximum processing viscosity of 2000cp when using an 18G working head.
• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be between 45mm and 160mm.
• Permissible Ambient Temperature not more than 40 ℃, relative humidity not more than 80%.
• The maximum operating temperature of the working head is 120 ° C, please do not use it over temperature.
• Please pay attention to the overload protection prompt when operating to ensure that the equipment operates under a safe load.
