Principle
The equipment drives the working head swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to achieve high shear dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other processes of the material. Depending on the working head, a variety of processes can be completed, including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, high viscosity material mixing, animal and plant tissue crushing and homogenization.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Rotation speed and timing parameters set by touch screen
3. Immerse the working head into the material to ensure that the immersion height is between 50mm and 165mm
4. Start equipment for decentralization, emulsification or homogenization
5. Real-time monitoring of screen display parameters and Linear dispersion
6. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head after processing is completed
Notice
• Material viscosity must not exceed 8000 cps
• Ambient Temperature not more than 40 ℃, relative humidity not more than 80%
• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be within the range of 50mm to 165mm
• Avoid long-term overload operation and pay attention to overload protection prompts
• Clean the working head in time after use to prevent material residue
