Overview
MUXUAN ZN500-30 Lab High Shear Mulser is a high-performance decentralized emulsification device with high-speed motor, Rotation speed up to 28000rpm and line speed up to 27m/s. The device is equipped with a three-core processor intelligent control main board and a 2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen, which can display voltage, Frequency, Current, Power and Torque Linear dispersion diagram in real time. It has various functions such as overload and overcurrent protection, self-test, timing, memory, etc. Easy to operate and accurate experimental data.

Principle
The equipment generates a strong shear force through a high-speed swirl/spin working head (stator and rotor structure) to quickly break up, tear and mix the material. According to the different working heads configured, it can complete dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, high viscosity material mixing, animal and plant tissue crushing, homogenization and other processes to form a solution, colloid, suspension or emulsion between solid and liquid or liquid and liquid.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate specification working head according to the material characteristics and install it.
Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50/60 Hz).
3. Rotation speed (1000~ 28000rpm adjustable) and timing time (1~ 1000min) are set through 2.8 inch TFT touch screen.
4. Immerse the working head into the material (maximum immersion liquid height 60/170mm) to ensure that it is within the allowable Processing capacity (100~ 8000mL) and material viscosity (≤ 8000 cps) range.
5. Start the device, and monitor the voltage, current, Frequency, Power and Torque Linear dispersion in real time through the screen during operation.
6. The operation can be suspended at any time, and the equipment can be stopped after the operation is completed or after a regular arrival.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 8000 cps (mPas).
* Ambient Temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
When the working head is immersed in liquid, pay attention to the maximum immersion height limit (60/170mm).
When handling materials, ensure that the material temperature does not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the working head by 120 degrees Celsius.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but long-term overload operation should be avoided.
Please confirm that the working head (e.g. 30G stator diameter φ 30mm) and bearing (PTFE material) are in good condition before use.
* The gross weight of the equipment is about 11.0kg, so pay attention to safety when moving and placing.
