Overview
MUXUAN ZN500-36 Lab High Shear Mulser is a high-performance decentralized emulsification device with a high-speed motor, Rotation speed up to 28000rpm and line speed up to 27m/s. The device is equipped with a three-core processor intelligent control main board and a 2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen. It integrates dexterity, convenience and high scalability. The whole machine adopts a Modular structure, which can run for a long time and easily meet a variety of high-demand decentralized emulsification experiments.

Principle
The equipment drives the working head (stator and rotor structure) to swirl/spin at high speed through a high-speed motor, generating strong shear force, Impact force and high-frequency mechanical effects. When the material passes through the precise gap of the working head, it is subjected to strong mechanical shearing, hydraulic shearing and centrifugal extrusion, so that the solid particles are crushed and the liquid material is rapidly dispersed, emulsified and homogenized to form a uniform mixture.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate specification work head according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Connect the device power to a socket with Rated voltage (AC 220V 50/60 Hz).
3. Turn it on through the 2.8-inch TFT touch screen and conduct self-inspection of the machine.
4. Set the required Rotation speed (1000~ 28000rpm) and timing time (1~ 1000min) on the touch screen.
5. Immerse the working head into the material to be processed, ensuring that the immersion height is between 65mm and 175mm.
6. Start the device and start the process of dispersion, emulsification or homogenization, which can be paused at any time via the touch screen.
7. Monitor Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power and Torque Linear dispersion in real time on the screen.
8. After the process is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment and clean the working head.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 8000 cps (mPas).
The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be between 65mm (minimum) and 175mm (maximum).
* Ambient Temperature not more than 40 ℃, relative humidity not more than 80%.
The maximum operating temperature of the working head and the parts in contact with the material is 120 ° C.
* Power supply voltage meets the equipment rating (AC 220V 50/60 Hz).
During operation, pay attention to the screen parameters. If there is an overload alarm, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
* Do not touch the high-speed swirl/spin head while the device is running.
Equipment should be cleaned and maintained promptly after use.
