Principle
When the equipment is working, a strong motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and sucking the material from the top and bottom. The high linear speed generated by the rotor causes the material to undergo strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing in the gap between the rotor and the stator, and then fly out to form a strong turbulent flow. Under the appropriate emulsifying agent and mature process conditions, the material goes through repeated cycles for a certain period of time to realize depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing, and finally form a stable emulsion.
