Overview
The laboratory high-shear Mulser ZN500-70 is a MUXUAN brand equipment specially designed for laboratory micro-experiments. Through mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and one phase is evenly distributed into another or more phases to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, forming a stable dispersion system. Can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of working heads.

Principle
The laboratory homogeneous Mulser uses a strong motor to swirl/spin at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotation and stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotation and stator. The rotor produces a high linear speed, so that the material is strongly impacted, crushed, centrifuged, rubbed and shearing between the rotation and stator gaps, and then flies out, generating strong turbulence under the action of various directional forces. The material is repeatedly depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined and shearing under the emulsifying agent and process, and finally forms a stable emulsion.

Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries
Steps
1. Connect power supply AC 220V 50/60Hz
2. Select and install the appropriate working head
3. Immerse the working head into the material to ensure that the immersion height is above 50mm
4. Rotation speed (1000~ 14000rpm) and timing (1~ 1000min) set by touch screen
5. Start the device, real-time monitoring of Voltage, Frequency, Current, Power and Torque Linear dispersion
6. Parameters can be paused or adjusted at any time
7. Turn off the power after finishing the processing and clean the work head.

• Material viscosity should be ≤ 8000 cps (mPas)
• The maximum immersion liquid height is 50mm, and the minimum immersion liquid height is also 50mm
• Processing capacity is 500~ 10000mL
• Permissible Ambient Temperature not more than 40 ℃
• Allowable relative humidity not more than 80%
• Make sure the overload protection function is normal before use
• Avoid operating in flammable and explosive environments
